If you have health insurance through the Marketplace, it is important that you provide Goldstein & Loggia with Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement, when submitting your tax documents. This information is included on your tax return, and failure to include it will lead to an IRS notice. Form 1095-A is available by January 31 of the following year and can be downloaded from your HealthCare.gov account.

To find Form 1095-A for tax year 2024:

1. Log in to HealthCare.gov
2. Navigate to “Your Existing Applications”
3. Select your 2024 application (not the 2025 application)
4. Select “Tax Forms”
5. Download all available 1095-A forms
